What size of Marquee should I have?

One of the most important issues when hiring a marquee is to choose the correct size. Choose too large a size and it can seem that not enough people have attended, choose too small a size and and it may be overcrowded and uncomfortable. 

However if you would like to work out what size of Marquee you should have?

Start by asking how many guests are you going to invite? We would advise between 12-15 sq ft per person for a Wedding / Party when seated at round tables. If it is a buffet/cocktail style reception we recommend 6 sq ft per person.

Are you looking for something to give you the wow factor?

Fed up with the rectangle shaped marquees, then our Espree / Trapeze ( Capri style) and Stretch Tents  will give your special celebration  a wow factor. 

Our Espree / Trapeze Marquees can only be pitched on grass and are only available from April to September each year.  Sorry it is too wet during the winter months and the stakes will not hold in the ground. 

Our Stretch Tents can be pitched all year round and have the flexibility that you can put none or 1, 2 or 3 sides down.

Are there additional fees ?

A delivery charge will be applicable depending on location. Delivery Costs start from FREE if you are in an area close to our depot. Please see our delivery page for charges and locations covered. The delivery charge covers delivery and collection of the goods.
A 7% damage waiver fee is available if the hirer does not want to be contractually responsible for damage or loss. On payment of damage waiver, we will not hold you responsible provided you can prove reasonable care has been taken to prevent damage or loss.
