*Please note these supplements are based on the first load only. Our vans carry up to 1200kG in weight and most marquees below a 6m x12m along with furniture will only require one van.

Our larger Marquees with 100 + chairs and tables will require more than 1 van but our office  staff will clearly outline the delivery charges on the quotation we provide.

 

Important Information Before Booking

Space Requirements

Before booking your marquee, please measure the area where you plan to pitch it.

You must allow at least 1 metre of clearance around the entire perimeter to safely secure the marquee or pop-up gazebo.

How to Book

To make a booking or discuss your event, you can:

  • For Gazebos and Furniture you can now book online .
  • For Marquees, receive a FREE quotation online 24/7  using our New Cost Calculator. 

  • Call us on  01403 785751 to discuss your requirements.

  • Visit our Coolham depot Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 

Site Visits

For all Marquee bookings we recommend a site visit to make sure the size you require will fit in the space you have provided.

  • Available Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 16:00

  • Site visits cost £20.00, which is refundable if you go ahead and book a marquee or gazebo with us.

Marquee Planner

To check to see if your marquee will fit in the space you have please use our Free Marquee Planner.

Simply enter in your postcode and it will give you options to layover your chosen marquee in your garden.

You can also  select furniture & other accessories, to see if it will fit in the size of Marquee chosen.  

 

  • We take all  American Express, Visa, Master Card, Visa Debit cards as well as cash.
  • You can also pay directly into our bank account at no charge. Our bank details will be found at the bottom of your invoice.
  • If your Marquee/Gazebo booking is more than 30 days in advance we can take a 20% down payment to reserve your equipment and then the balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event.
  • If your hire is 30 days or less, we do take Full Payment at the time of booking as this reserves your equipment for your event.
