Marquee Hire Guide Price 2023

We have created a hire guide price based on the size of the Marquee you require. All prices Include VAT, but do not include additional delivery charges or optional damage wavier charge. We normally pitch on a Thursday /Friday and take down on a Monday or Tuesday. The hire fees shown below cover 1-3 days hire. Longer periods available on request.

We are happy to provide you with a fully itemised quotation free of charge. Ideally we liked to complete a site visit were we can discuss with you your full requirements and offer suggestions if required.

However if you would like to work out what size of Marquee you should have? Start by asking how many guests are you going to invite? We would advise between 12-15 sq ft per person for a Wedding / Party when seated at round tables. If it is a buffet/cocktail style reception we recommend 6 sq ft per person. Please also note if you require a dance floor this will increase the size of Marquee unless you want to put tables on top of the floor and then remove them later.

Stretch Tents
On the Stretch Marquees, each tent is unique to your requirements as it can be built as a floating top, one, two three or all four sides down. It is a very flexible structure unlike a traditional marquee. Therefore the size underneath will vary depending on how you structure the tent and so the number of guests you can cater for will vary too. The prices are indicative and we suggest a site visit before we give you a more accurate quote. Stretch tents can be attached to your house and can be pitched on hard standing for a small additional charge.
